Clear + Brilliant® is a gentle resurfacing laser which is ideal as an introductory treatment for all ages for superficial skin problems such as pigmented spots, skin texture, pore size and other early signs of aging. Treatment can be performed on the face, neck, chest, arms and hands.
A New Approach to Laser Skin Enhancement
Clear + Brilliant® is quickly becoming a favorite among laser treatments because it is less invasive than some other lasers like Fraxel, requires little downtime, is affordable and can be performed not just on patients in their 40 – 60s, but on younger patients in their 20s – 30s as well. It is one of the first devices that not only addresses signs of skin aging, but also helps to prevent them!
“We added the Clear + Brilliant laser to our practice to offer a gentle approach to skin rejuvenation. The Clear + Brilliant is ideal as an introductory treatment for all ages for many superficial skin issues such as brown spots, melasma, skin texture, pore size and other early signs of skin aging. It is perfect for the younger person in their 30s who doesn’t quite need or isn’t ready yet for an aggressive treatment or for the older person who doesn’t have the time or cannot tolerate the discomfort of the other options.
Some of the aggressive fractional lasers available for skin resurfacing are more uncomfortable to go through, require more downtime, and cost more. Although still a fractional laser, The Clear + Brilliant, on the other hand, is much easier to have performed, requires little downtime and is significantly less expensive than other laser procedures. It has two handpiece options: the Permea for pigmentation and skin texture, and the 1440 original for pore size, texture, and tone.
Clear + Brilliant treatments are usually performed in a series of 3, approximately one month apart. Depending on their skin type and skin concerns, most people will need some sort of maintenance treatment after this series, ranging from every 3 to 12 months.
The Perméa™ handpiece option helps to make the skin more permeable to anti-aging products, some of which may be applied during your Clear + Brilliant® treatment.”
